In module six, we will take a further look at the delegation implementation process and the stages involved.

In module seven, we will gain professional tips and advice on how to provide effective feedback in a variety of settings.

In module nine, we will learn how to schedule our time and prioritise our tasks, developing essential time-management skills.

In module nine, we will familiarise with conflict resolution strategies in the workplace and how to manage difficult behaviour.

Module ten explores a number of case studies on how to manage a range of special situations where professions supervision skills are needed.

Module eleven provides practical training for new supervisors and current supervisors who wish to test their existing skills and knowledge.

In this final course, we will take a look back at the skills we have learned throughout the course and how to apply this practical knowledge in the real world.
