Course Curriculum
In module 01, we will learn the definition of safeguarding, the importance of safeguarding, safeguarding roles and responsibilities, and child protection policies.
In module 02, we will gain an in-depth understanding of what constitutes abuse and neglect, the different types of abuse, and how to identify the signs of a child at risk.
In module 03, we will learn about the protocol on sharing information that has been disclosed by a child, your ‘duty of care’, and how to take appropriate action when making referrals to social care services.
