In module three, we will explore the ways to measure the productivity of a service or organisation, covering key areas such as communication and IT, work environment and design implications.

In module four, we will gain a solid understanding of the functions of human resource and contract management, exploring key topics such as code of ethics, types of contract, and laws regarding contract. 

In module five, we will take a look at lease administration, vendor registration and development. It discusses fundamental topics such as leaseholder rights, the procurement process, and vendor rating.

In module six, we will learn about health and safety regulations in the workplace, as well as how to create a culture of wellness. It includes step-by-step guidance on how to implement a health screening and maintenance program.

In module seven, we will develop our knowledge of sustainability in organisations, learning about waste and utility management, as well as how to set future targets and report targets.

In module eight, we will be trained in property and plant maintenance. It covers topics such as how to manage the maintenance schedule, turnkey service management, snd e-Business solution for support. 

In module nine, we will gain a range of project management skills needed to manage facilities and services. It explores the project management life cycle in depth, as well as guidance on how to create a flow chart and quality management plan.

This final module explores the succession planning process and the fundamentals of managing organisational change. It also covers essential information and guidance on how to overcome roadblocks and gain support throughout the process.
