Body Language Basics Course

In module one, we will learn the importance of effective body language in business and leadership.

In module two, we will explore the various forms of nonverbal communication and how we can communicate our message through key body language techniques.

In module three, we will learn how to read the body language of others to gauge where they stand and understand their nonverbal cues.

In module four, we will take a look at some of the common mistakes people make in nonverbal communication, and how to avoid them.

In module five, we will explore the differences between how men and women communicate through body language and the barriers to communication that may arise between the sexes. 

In module six, we will take an in-depth look at nonverbal communication in the workplace, and will develop some key body language skills for business success.

In module seven, we will gain a better understanding of how to read facial expressions and how to use your facial expressions to convey your emotions and emphasise your message.

In module eight, we will take a look at the benefits of effective body language in business and what your nonverbal communication says about your personality. 

In module nine, we will learn about deception through body language and how to tell if someone is lying or showing signs of dishonesty in their nonverbal communication.

In module ten, we will explore some fundamental skills and techniques for improving our body language and forming stronger personal and working relationships.

In the final module, we will learn how to match our words with our actions and how to tell one someone’s verbal communication and body language are not in tune.
