Module five provides a detailed discussion of the planning and management of construction equipment. Here, we’ll learn about financing and sourcing of equipment, maintaining their productivity, etc. 

In module six, we’ll deepen our understanding of construction materials management. We’ll learn about the purchase and control of materials, quality control, etc. 

In module seven, we’ll learn about different vendors and sources for construction materials and understand how to select the best source for purchasing. 

In module eight, we’ll explore the construction procurement process. We’ll learn about the procurement life cycle analysis, change management and appointing consultants and contractors. 

In module nine, we’ll broaden our knowledge of stock control. We’ll learn about the stages of stock control. Also, we’ll understand the storage function. 

Module ten discusses supply chain management in the context of construction management. Also, we’ll learn about the procurement and management of subcontracts and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors.

In module eleven, we’ll learn about the main participators of a construction project, such as landowners, planners, agents, building contractors, etc. 

Module twelve focuses on quality assurance and customer care aspects of construction management. 

In module thirteen, we’ll explore the legal aspects of contracting. We’ll learn about the agreement, subcontract, project insurance, etc. 

Module fourteen covers the health and safety aspects of construction management. This module discusses the safety best practices for ensuring a safe working environment for all in a construction site.
